40 Years In The Wilderness

1Co 3:13 Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.
1Co 3:14 If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.
1Co 3:15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

Greetings Brethren in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Before I start let me say I am giving this Word of my testimony publicly as the Lord has called me to declare his Word and share my little piece the Lord has given me with the rest of the body. Thereby no one will ever be able to say how wonderful I am, or any other blah blah blah about me. Let me be clear, this is soooooo not about me. I bring nothing apart from Christ in me and I am dead in him with my life hid with God in Christ. Praise the LORD. ...This has been a year of tribulation without a doubt. The loss of a dear friend and brother in Christ David Meyer. I knew David about 7 years and during that time I learned many things. God used David to bring forth some key pieces in the understanding of prophetic metaphor, but I also learned how easy it is to take your eyes off God and look at flesh and become lukewarm and double minded. Some of you may know the Lord led myself and a couple other brethren to start a outreach connected to LTM on Paltalk Chat Service. During that time we saw growth and the Lord blessed the effort. Soon however it began to trouble me and I did not know why exactly. I later learned it was that I had sin in the camp and was sharing the gospel in sin. David Meyer was taken ill, I myself suffered a terrible backsliding. Without a doubt these were both judgments from God.

This trial was used of God to tear down an awful strong hold where Satan got a strong hold on me when I was a child of 6 traumatizing me to the point that I developed a form of D.I.D. aka. multiple personality disorder. Now in my case this did not lead to my have an alter personality so my mind did not suffer a complete split, but many times in my life it affected my behavior and I did not understand many of my own actions. But what it did was create a compartment in my mind as a dissociative place I could escape the torment and pain and fear that came upon me as a child, where I also was cast into prison 10 days by Satan.

Rev 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.

The number here in God's prophetic metaphor means the entire time of testing. Like for example:Gen 31:7 And your father hath deceived me, and changed my wages ten times; but God suffered him not to hurt me.

You can research it further if you would like to see more, but its clean ten is the number of testing. When I was 19 I declared myself for the Lord but was in deep bondage to Satan an bound in chains of witchcraft and sorcery and Satan had been developing this alter personality thru severe torment and the use of illicit drugs leading me to practice forbidden occult means of entering the demonic spirit realm. This grew and grew and eventually in my early 20's I encountered methamphetamine, which only enabled longer and longer periods of escape from reality in the altered state. Now I was aware of this but in deep denial and I did repent after each episode but continued to backslide over and over bringing more and more devils each time. I eventually married at 25 and had a step son and 2 beautiful biological children, a son , then a daughter. I tried desperately to maintain reality and work to provide for them, but this programmed stronghold in my subconscious mind was always pulling on me. When you get into this realm of which craft you are literally bypassing the conscious mind and engaged directly with fallen angels in the subconscious mind, also called devils or demons.

This went on for years and years with Marijuana being the link from each methamphetamine experience. I was truly in torment, but trying to keep a stiff upper lip as it were. My sin eventually found me out and committed some crimes as a result of this 20 years after becoming addicted to drugs as a teenager of 15. This ever growing strong hold destroyed my reality, and I lost the very thing that was most precious that I loved, my family. I was deceived into trading my family for a fantasy that was holding me captive in this alter part of my mind. Over the years I did try to repent thinking it was drugs etc. However I could never hold my ground and eventually after 6 months of being clean, began a backsliding that led to my almost going to prison. The Lord intervened to save my life and soul as I was out of control and headed for the grave. My precious wife also suffered much through this, and she also was tormented as a child and I believe suffered from the similar disorder and so when I hit the wall so to speak, even though I was in the system, she could not face the sin or humiliation and fear that came upon her and she insisted I divorce her.

This was a crushing blow to me as I did truly have repentance, but outside of my awareness the enemy was still working in me and I was not yet possessing the land. As I still was not delivered as I did not know where the strong hold was due to the brain function that puts an amnesic barrier around severe trauma so we an cope with reality. When my father left at age 6, I was crushed and unable to defend myself against the lies Satan told me and so I thought God abandoned me and my Dad did not love me and so I withdrew into this altered state.

During a long probation I had 4 shoulder surgeries which also caused me to gain weight and I began to have severe back spasms but did not know what the problem was at the time. The Dr.s eventually gave me Oxycotine and I became addicted. So this thing was yet again working in me only my behavior was retrained due to my fear and probation. I was compliant and thought I was out of the woods, when at the time of my probation ending the Dr. abruptly cut me off of the pain meds and I relapsed to street drugs. At this time the backsliding was so server I lost the ability to pray or talk to God which I had never experienced and it horrified me. I was utterly cut off from God and knew it. God in his infinite mercy caused me to began fasting in order to spark prayer again and assuage his wrath from me. He also afflicted another brother at one point who was laying in his bed thinking he was going to die, thank you Jesus and thank you brother.

This went on for five months, the number of death. Rev 9:5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.

This signifies being held captive by the powers of darkness. I was conscious of being held prisoner and could only wait on the Lord for my deliverance. While I was in trouble the Lord gave me enough faith to believe he would deliver me. Thank you Lord. At the end of this trial I was arrested by God, not breaking any law accept unlawful possession of a controlled substance. But the people I was associating with to get the drugs had caused a disruption previously at a business and the police where called and I was searched. Thank you Jesus. I was able to get out of jail with out seeing the judge as there was no crime against other people. It took another few weeks but I finally broke and repented, and when I confessed to the Lord, he moved in and tore down the entire strong hold and showed me where the devil had been playing hide and seek and he broke the back of the strong man. He also gave me much mercy as this thing came upon me as a young child but I did have to repent of that which was my own lust and sin before he moved in and ran the rest of the enemy out of the land. Thank you Jesus. I truly am in awe of God and was so thankful I could feel the cool breath and the fire I was in was removed. and the hedge of protection even the wall of fire about me, returned.....

I humbled myself and said well this is okay, I will get thru it the Lord is with me. I plead guilty to felony unlawful possession of methamphetamine, and accepted responsibility before the heavenly judge and the earthly and got a year probation. I figured I will use this to learn and not take RX meds and get in shape. 3 weeks later I went to probation to check in.

Exo 5:1 And afterward Moses and Aaron went in, and told Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, Let my people go, that they may hold a feast unto me in the wilderness.

Then Pharaoh handed me a letter saying you do not qualify for supervision at this time..Parting of the red sea and Jordan before my very eyes. ..and I said what they don't have the man power to supervise felony drug convictions... Pharoah just glared at me thru the eyes of this woman probation officer and she stood mute and refused to answer me her countenance reflecting Satan's contempt that God check mated him in his attempt to put me back in prison, literally. I was already moving away and you could have knocked me over with a feather. This was a few days after I quit taking Rx drugs for with drawl from the other drugs and 7 days after I quit and said no more and threw the cable out of the house cutting the head of the black snake and cleaned house of any idols within or without. and turned to God Almighty with a whole heart, I received the anointing of the Holy Ghost at the end of a 10 year test literally and 27 years after becoming Christian, the number of books in the NT. If any of you think you have time for entertainment or have other idols. Jesus will not stand among them though his hand may be on your life working with you. When I received the Holy Ghost I was crying like a baby for God to help, with all the desperation I have as a human being. Thank you JESUS for my complete deliverance 40 years after being taken captive in the wilderness at six years old. I am entering the promised land and am striving to diligently hearken unto all he has commanded me to do that my days may be prolonged in the land where he brought me out of the wilderness across the Jordan , to possess. Praise the LORD our God for he is a consuming fire. I tend to be a little in personality like Peter. Not comparing to him, just his personality reminds me of me. I am learning temperance as after taking enough drugs to kill 10 elephants, I lack temperance in controlling my emotions and like Peter I tend to grab the sword and start swinging. The Lord is tempering me and helping me to crucify this and receive his correction. I love you all in Christ and would rather tell the whole truth and suffer scoffing and rejection and some embarrassment as I am chief among fools, than to be silent in pride. Thank you Jesus my Lord , my God.

Zec 13:9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

A Time & Season For Everything

Ecc 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
Ecc 3:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
Ecc 3:3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
Ecc 3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
Ecc 3:5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
Ecc 3:6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
Ecc 3:7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
Ecc 3:8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

I just was reminded of this verse after I was shown by the Lord my path is changing in him. I have been working on the internet for approximately 5 years, and in that time have seen many amazing things. Recent changes in administrative policy in the LTM Online Chat Room at Paltalk, have helped me to see the Lord wants me to turn a new page. This type of clear direction from the Lord is most precious to me. I dearly love all I have been blessed to meet and know in Christ, and look forward to continuing those relationships in the Lord Jesus. Steven has been gracious to take the administrative responsibility and I pray the Lord to guide him in his new, most sobering responsibilities, and I urge all to keep him and all in Beaver Dam in our prayers. The loss of a husband, especially one so full of love for his wife and children is a tremendous loss and it takes a long time to heal.

Pastor was used by the Lord in mentoring many in ministry and the faith, I was blessed to be one of those. Now we all are challenged by God to follow him, in whatever he will call upon us to do. I cant imagine what my life would be like not having spent time with David. His family is in my view, not the ministry he steered, is his greatest testimony of his love for God and the true witness of his faith.God says a Pastor must be able to rule his own house well as a witness in order to stand as a Pastor. And clearly David was able to stand. To see the love his family has for him has in itself has had a deep and lasting effect on how I see my relationship and responsibility to my own children. Are You In The Inner Court? Or the outer court?

Rev 11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

Pro 30:12 There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness.

Pro 16:25 There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

Jdg 21:25 In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.

All who fear God, feel an urgency right now to examine ourselves to see whether we be in the faith and prepare for translation. The Lord is putting the finishing touches on his people who remain behind in the world. As we see the day approaching we are admonished to not forsake the coming together to bolster one another, as is the custom of some, even more as you see THE DAY approaching. The day approaching looks to be more than one thing. The day star rising in us which is the sign from God that salvation is working in us. As our hearts are being converted and Christ if being formed in us. I also just was wondering if the day approaching is also the day of our conversion, when the Lord carries us thru to the inner court. It is true that this refers to the end when the Lord appears visibly and at that event time is stopped, when we are converted and both as David would say, visibly,butled with the Holy Ghost, Jesus did return to us. the only thing that matters is that we travail from being a baby, until we are delivered, and filled with the Holy Ghost. The character God builds in us through this process is what equips as for what is ahead. Continual preparation so as things come up we are continually prepared. Nice thanks Lord. This is all that matters. I believe this as the Lord says thousands will fall at thy left..and 10,000 on thy right but it wall not come nigh to thee, this seems to be indicating what I was just saying. As long as we remain on the highway of holiness where no beast can come, we have all we need, as he is our provider. The travail of our death as we enter the fellowship of his suffering. I am deeply humbled, as I recently had a difficult trial, I fell backward in sin and was turned over for the destruction of the flesh unto the saving of the soul. While I sought freedom and desired to get out of Satan's dungeon, I was powerless. God let me continue in this bondage until such time and I was able to face the truth of my condition in the present tense, condemnation was on me and I was dead in sin. This was the most horrifying thing I have ever been thru, if those who labor build without the Lord, they do it in vain. The flood continually coming out of the dragons mouth, washes you away and your taken captive by the devil at his will for not being in obedience to God. What God showed me in the last couple days, was my utter powerlessness and death, when I finally saw the strong hold, I had to confess out loud to God all that he had shown me, as I confessed I was aware and saw him calling to remembrance the Word he wanted and as I confessed I watched each confession and point of sin, renewed and healed, As he applied the Word. Dear brethren,I cannot understate the sense of urgency, that we remain in a continual state of examining ourselves to see if we are in the faith. This is another way of saying....
2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

I received reproof for my conduct and back slidings, it was difficult to face. The Lord gave me grace to see him working in me, comforting me. He kept me not sleeping much or eating much for 3 days and 3 nights, after which he broke the stronghold and I felt the spirit of death leaving,and the river started flowing. If any sin has a foothold, even if you are just struggling and cant see it yet, cry out. HELP ME JESUS at the top of your voice. Sound the the alarm, blow the trumpet. He will, at the point of repentance move on our heart.In that he reveals our powerlessness and is glorified by our confession and praise him for his rod and staff for they comfort us. Praise the Lord. Also as we mature in the faith, the stakes go up and we are help accountable for what we understand. Sin is death and we immediately begin to suffer death in that sin and loss begins as Satan comes but to steal and destroy. Peradventure, If the Lord would give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth,that they MAY recover themselves, who are taken captive by the devil at his will. If we are struggling with sin, be advised as you reaching for the sin and trespass into Satan's kingdom, THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL COME OUT. The biggest danger is the doubt and unbelief that comes with the death, for faith and confidence in him are our shield. So as soon as the devil comes in he strips us of our armor. God judges the thoughts and intents of the heart, if he sees we know better but and don't look to him, he will answer us according to our idols if we are in sin. We are then wandering in the wilderness eating our fill of fowl/foul sin until we vomit. Only his Word clarifies our true motives, and the flesh is so wicked, we must watch over our mind with extreme diligence. For 120 days I was aware that I was in the outer court. I needed that reproof, if God did not show me that, I may have not have finished the race by receiving a finished work. He doesn't want us scared, that fear paralyzes, he wants faith and reverence in our fear of him. He wants us to behold the goodness (cross) and the severity of God,(he is not a respecter of man and will thrust all who wont submit into eternal separation. This is what they love so they will eat of it forever. Those who wont repent receive the slow death in this realm and don't know it, waking up in hell is a slow death, and are continually aware that the torment will never end. Many are called and few are CHOSEN, those with him, present tense seated in heavenly places in Christ, are called/hear the gospel and believe, and chosen,God sees us respond so he moves in our heart applying the blood,and faithful, the only way to enter the inner court is to be in a constant fellowship with the Lord following after him walking on his Word and he keeps us faithful because we are submitting to the constant discipline of being in his Word. Salvation is not our understanding of what God is doing, or as I now clearly understand, salvation is a work not in our mind. But a work in our soul and spirit that yields a renewing of the mind as we cannot even think to look at the Word of God accept he draw us. Our flesh hates God and must be by the power of his Spirit and Word in us be brought in submission and made to obey held in subjection by the working of our salvation and obedience to the Word. The renewing of the mind is the continual washing of our mind in the Word. Walking as a bond servant, submitting to the yoke and leading of the Lord. We need to be in the inner court when time stops, either by your leaving the earth or at our translation. Get in while you can, this is the time of the bolted door. God is gathering us all into the ark of his covenant in Jesus Christ that we are hid today from his indignation. I have been so blessed by the present tense. If we don't apply the Word in real time now, and look to the future or the past, we will miss of what God is showing us. I know this as the Lord commands us to not think about tomorrow. As we enter into salvation and are passed to life in the present tense we are in heaven,now and forever. If your in trouble cry out. If your stuck keep confessing your faults to those God has in your life that they can pray, if are too ashamed to tell the truth, then pride needs to be subdued,and let the Lord sit in the seat of the king, in our hearts. I witnessed,looking back, God moving some of the crushing burden to those who are faithful in prayer. During the darkest hrs of my trial, the trial for my eternal life. God worked salvation in a brother next door. I at the time was seeing him doing things thru me, while I was paralyzed in my sin. This was an object lesson for me to see how much I contribute to his work, nada. It is one thing to know and confess we bring nothing to the table. It, is another think entirely to subdue the flesh. Part of the reason we admonished to be in the Word, is there are things God wants to take away from us that we can see until the Word is applied in our hearts. God delivered somebody by the trial I was going through. Our nature is such that we cant endure too much praise, I find that if you remain humble and trust God he will see to the encouragement you need, not the attention flesh wants. The walk with God is not even comparable to anything we see in the world. In the world people love to man please and as Pastor would say, pass Glory around. Haha..Thank you Lord for all the memories. The point I am driving at is that many in the body are being hurt by lack of knowledge. God says his people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. What we do not know in the Word can cause us to suffer loss. The only way to completely subdue the flesh is by fasting and prayer. The supernatural component in fasting is a amazing and necessary gift. The power of fasting was just used in my life in a way I can only describe is like the paramedics who do the scoop and run when the patient is in bad shape and they need to get moving even before they know the full picture. This mechanism should be known and practiced by all who fear God. Fastings and prayer are an ongoing tool to keep the flesh in subjection, and also a last line of defense when the battle turns for the worst, and the banner needs to be raised, only you dont have the strength to raise it. What then? The Lord caused me to start a modified fast during my trial. The fast in that circumstance I just learned, is a way for God to defer some of his anger and judgment when one of his children falls. I was in those hours of my sin, fearful the Lord was going to smote me where I stood.. Our dear brother , new in Christ, was in his bed unable to get up for almost a week. Toward the end of that, he is laying there in the dark , God says pray for Robert. He has marvelous innocent faith. A real joy to see. God also afflicted my brother to show me the effect of sin on the body, if one part is sick we are all sick. And when I confessed and asked his forgiveness, all he said was I love you. Not only did I have to ask forgiveness for him having to carry part of mine, but for hating him. If or when we choose our own will, we are hating our brothers and sisters and we are whipping and beating the other servants. There is an effect on the entire body. The evil was so heavy at one point, I , while was unable to cry out and being devoured, felt the earth shake under my feet from the evil. So I ask the forgiveness this day from all my brothers and sisters in Christ, for any suffering I caused or grief from my own selfishness. Please forgive me, and pray for all in the body who are in the condition. While my trial was unique in details I am convinced that there are many who are needing more water and food then what there getting and are just not able to see. The ordained process is God gives us all a piece of the picture and we as a body must operate so that we are sharpening each other, and each part of a congregation in the body but I just learned be operating in harmony with God for his will to get done. This means we all have an individual responsibility to the whole body. Submit one to another. The denial of self in this world is a foreign concept. The whole body needs to know that part of loving our neighbor as our self, is denying ourselves for others. This is the most powerful testimony and witness of the gospel. God can do more through submitted Christians. This is a sobering responsibility, as we may if we fall into sin, cause the brethren in our immediate life, to stumble as now the door in their heart connected to you becomes a conduit for evil communication. Thank you to the disciplined prayer warriors, I praise the Lord for that ministry in faithful brothers and sisters. I reached a point of such exasperation at my own sin, if not for all those who God had praying for me, I see I could have very easily not made it out by giving up. I have thought I just need to not give up. What I was able to see with this reproof, is that God is doing it all. I had a bad habit of saying in struggles I gotta do better. I would pray Lord help me do better. That is a problem, what I need to do is do nothing. :) Its me that is in the way. We all died in the garden and we are all resurrected in Christ. But our resurrection is the soul and spirit at this point. So until our bodily resurrection hits the time line and our mortal bodies are quickened, we are still dead in Christ hid in God. It makes total sense but until God showed me what my mind was doing to me, I could not see it. Not because of lack of wanting, the constant washing of our mind in the Word is the only thing that will expose the evil in us we must repent of to finish the race. If you cant pray and have no fellowship, how will you cry out. Who will intercede in prayer, The Holy Ghost, will, however he ordained the process of how we work in the body and help each other. The mechanism God used to pull me out of the fire was the working of his spirit in the body. For a period of time before deliverance he had me confessing the truth of my condition to my brothers and sisters so they could pray and I could be healed. It was a lot easier to repent of the pride once I was shown my actually location outside where the dogs go back to their vomit, thank you Lord, how can we repent if we are blind and cannot see what to pray. The fasting he imposed gave me the spark of his spirit to again be able to pray, then he resurrected me again, from the dead and quickened me in his Word. Through that process he showed me that I would not have been set free, accept he caused me to confess my faults repeatedly to brothers and sisters, caused me to fast, and appeased his anger by sharing the burden with brethren and afflicting our brother here. We enter his rest. I believe for us him swearing they would not enter his rest, means without the finished work of salvation working in us, we cannot enter the inner court and no more go out. I have done the unstable in and out thing, yikes, ouch, don't do that. Our minds are working against us, if we don't every day renew and put on the mind of Christ feasting with the Word at the wedding feast, our natural mind starts to gain ground against us as we fall backward...when we sin in willful disobedience, and resist as our fathers did in the provocation while we walk in the same wilderness, we are testing him, and he will show you his work....of discipline. It grieves our Father when he sees the spirit of Anti Christ standing in the Holy Place, and he will cleanse it, out. With or without our cooperation. Please hold fast to what you have as our eternal lives depend on it. Give all you have and make sure you have your exact spiritual GPS location by steadfastly looking at your reflection in the face of Jesus, he brings us to continued repentance, if we are not working on our salvation we are in jeopardy. Praise the Lord... if we betray him and sin, this is tantamount to accepting 30 pieces of silver, death disguised as sin, from the devil for breaking covenant with the Lord, and at that point we blaspheme making our Holy God out to be a liar by denying his Word in the present tense. We are lost until we repent and enter into the covenant again. The Lord ,he alone is God, the bride is making herself ready as God brings us all to our position in his perfect will. Praise the Lord Jesus..there is nothing greater then his work of salvation at the cross. The unbelief is the serious danger in sin. It overtook and spread in me like a spiritual pathogen. Hello Everyone, Just wanted to say that I feel a renewed spirit in my heart, as we all have grieved the loss of our Pastor and Brother in Christ, David Meyer. I am always in awe when God lets us see his hand in events as we pass thru this world. I have had a trial of my own this year aside from the loss we all have shared. It was a sobering thing to see that where I was standing was not where I perceived. I was reminded by the Lord how he gently speaks to us, to walk after him.

If we even slightly push aside the voice of the Holy Ghost in our hearts, it is the same exact provocation God is referring to as the verse above and the generation he refers to that tested him. If we see any circumstance that is the same in front of us as in the bible, the Word applies. And it just so happens God Almighty covered every possible eventuality in his instructions to us through his Holy Word. Disciple means one under discipline.So we must receive this discipline and correction with great zeal as God says this is the proof we are sons of God and not bastards lost in the world. Sin blinds the mind and even the subtlest of backsliding, or taking our ease as it were, can lead us over time to be a long ways of track, and we will not realize it until he gives us repentance. Even though this following verse is addressing how to share the truth, we ourselves if we have unrepentant sin or we sit back and take our ease with the knowledge of our salvation, can find ourselves in a position of again being ensnared in sin and find ourselves having to repent from dead works. Something we are also admonished to cease from doing by Paul for the LORD.

2Ti 2:25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
2Ti 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.

If we find ourselves in sin we are opposed to the truth in some area as a man speaks from the abundance of his heart, and his words lead to actions. Thinking sinful thoughts, saying sinful things, doing sinful deeds. This is the progression that starts with one thought not brought into obedience in Jesus Christ. This is a real time in the present tense process of vigilance over our thoughts. I should probably add that this is the battle ground where we fight to subdue our flesh and die so that Christ may be formed within us. Sin repented of and forsaken is a step closer in the process of becoming 100% submitted to God in our hearts. I know I wanted to believe I was completely serving God. However I know that many of us have received correction from our Lord recently through the shared trial of losing our Pastor. I had been slacking in my service to him and I became acutely aware of the need to come to a deeper repentance. The truth is when I examined myself, I did know it, I had ignored the Lord's many quiet warnings to repent. Instead I listened to my flesh complain that it did not feel good, so I continued to depend on man to comfort me in areas of discomfort in my flesh, rather then to let go. I did in past times attempt to repent of this, however it always seemed to find a way to creep, and I mean creep, back in. This has been one of my big mountains that I need to command to be thou removed, and cast into the sea by Jesus Christ,never to be remembered. We must face our hearts with faith and humility by the Word of God and come to a complete repentance.

All of us need to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith. The danger I have seen in myself is from the pride of knowledge. I do not mean a conscious thought of how wonderful I am or how much I know. I am talking about a very subtle shift in how we listen to others. Do we always listen in the spirit? Do we pause, and look to the Lord even though we think we know the answer to a question? Can we walk carnally minded but answer and sound as though we are spiritual? As we are all living epistles, known and read of all mean, and have been given the knowledge of how the universe is governed by our Father, The Lord Jesus Christ. We are often given opportunities to explain doctrine to those Christians who may need what we have from the Lord. I feel we are all vulnerable to this snare as we are in the time of midnight, the darkest of spiritual hours. We are warned against the snare of what knowledge can do. I have found that the warning given us about this to be crucial in understanding how knowledge "puffeth up"

1Co 8:1 Now as touching things offered unto idols, we know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffeth up, but charity edifieth.

You can see it says puff ETH up. This ETH in the middle English as we have learned, signifies an on going condition in the present tense. As we learn and grow we need to be temperate and not rush to answer. If the answer is plain and we see it immediately, then lets always in that moment pause for a second and thank the Lord for the understanding we have to share and remember to minister from the point of our own faults. The Lord says We are known for we have love for one another. Lets not forget that its out of love that we even have to reprove, and lets keep our flesh in subjection by bringing every thought into obedience to Jesus Christ, and bring down any thoughts or imaginations that would exalt themselves against, in other words, thoughts that lie against the truth. Now this might sound elementary to some who are secure to the peace of the Holy Ghost, but many struggling for deliverance from sin need to know their thoughts will lie to them as Satan will attempt throw his voice to make it seem as though it is your own thought voice. One time in my past as I was seeking deliverance from drugs, the devil told me while I was under the influence, that the way to get off drugs is to get some more, so you can slowly stop. Notice his plan was to GET MORE, and when it comes to sin this his his desire. Had God not shown me that, that thought would have raced right by and gone into my heart as acceptable to me. It is in this split second we must bring every thought into captivity by the Word of God. If we minister from what we remember and know as truth apart from looking to Jesus Christ by faith in that precise moment for what to say, are we truly speaking the oracles of God? We speak the oracles of God when the Holy Ghost gives us utterance. Mar 13:11 But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.
This verse is a wonderful instruction on how to deal with the arrows fired at us each day as we strive to walk on the Word by faith. We only have to remain humble before the Lord's thrown in our hearts, as we are the temple of God and his thrown is in his people. His train fills the temple.

Isa 6:1 In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

We, as God's children have an abundance of knowledge and wisdom residing in our minds, and yet we only have to keep our minds stayed on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ continually, and he will call all things to remembrance, even what we should say as we stand before his thrown in faith. Joh 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

The above verse also says "but charity edifieth". If we truly love God with our whole heart, and we love each other as we love ourselves, then pride cannot enter into our hearts and our love for others and our humble service to one another are protections against the pride of knowledge. I believe this is saying that if we are so busy meeting the needs of those around us in Christ, we will be protected. As it turns out the temptation that came to me, came at a point when after a tough trial, A year or more ago, I allowed myself to shift in my thinking and became concerned for myself. This I believe was the first step in backsliding. Taking our eyes of the Lord to look at ourselves, is as destructive as taking our eyes off of him and looking at the world. As soon as I pulled back from my duties I was in sin. I didnt realize it at the time, but that is not an excuse. The Lord reproves us at a rate that we can handle, so if we begin to derail this process with our own will,the Lord does not go on break and say well, guess we will work on this later, he wants to go play. Not only do we not move forward, we retake the test until we pass. This is our wandering in the desert 40 years. The danger for us as Christian's, is when sin sneaks up on us, and sets up camp in our hearts, or is an existing stronghold of Satan yet to be removed that we are tollerating. All sin comes from the lust if the flesh, lust of the eyes, the pride of life. How easy it it to become irritated with others in the flesh and forget in the moment that only by his grace do we live and breath, and we having been forgiven of so much, need to walk in constant gratitude before our God.

A troubled Bronx teen allegedly in a zombie-like trance stabbed his two younger brothers and sister yesterday – and was prevented from murdering them by a Good Samaritan, authorities said.

Cops say 17-year-old Nelson Santos lost it at about 3:30 p.m. and attacked his two brothers, ages 13 and 6, and his 9-year-old sister, with a knife in their second-floor apartment in Morrisania.

Police did not give a motive for the stabbing or what type of weapon was used, but the Daily News reports Santos told cops he was "zombie-like" and used a butcher knife.

A police source told the paper the boy said he was seeing demons and neighbors said he practiced black magic.

Drenched in his own blood, 13-year-old Miguel Santos, who was stabbed nearly half a dozen times, dashed out of his living room and downstairs to call for help. Neighbor John Flores, 19, told the News Nelson Santos was screaming something about the Armageddon and chasing his younger brother with "a big kitchen knife about as long as my forearm."

The hero neighbor wrestled with Santos as he tried to stop them; his mother, Delila, was able to grab the butcher knife out of his clutches, according to the paper.

Cops caught up with Santos outside the apartment complex and arrested him on assault charges. The distraught teen was taken to a hospital for a psychiatric evaluation, reports the News.

All of the victims were transported to St. Barnabas Hospital, cops said. The youngest, James, was hospitalized in serious condition with a wound to his torso. The 13-year-old boy was listed in stable condition with a wound to his torso, and his 9-year-old sister was listed in stable condition with lacerations to her chest, police said.

Hellish scenes as six bomb blasts rip through Baghdad leaving at least 95 dead and 536 wounded

A series of blasts in Baghdad killed 95 and wounded 536 yesterday.

In Iraq's bloodiest day this year, home forces accepted blame for the security breach after U.S. troops withdrew from urban centres in June.

At least six blasts struck near government ministries and other targets at the heart of Iraq's Shi'ite-led administration.

Analysts said the co-ordinated attacks were a message 'to show the world the insurgents are still there'.

Major General Qassim al-Moussawi, Baghdad's security spokesman, told Iraqi TV: 'This operation shows negligence, and is considered a security breach for which Iraqi forces must take most of the blame.'

The Iraqi government said this month that most of the city's blast walls would be removed within 40 days, a sign of confidence in its security forces before elections in January.

The blasts were a rare example of a co-ordinated attack on heavily guarded targets.

One blast, a massive truck bomb close to a security checkpoint leading to the heavily-fortified Green Zone, blew out the windows of the foreign ministry, sending shards of glass through offices, killing dozens.

'The windows of the foreign ministry shattered, slaughtering the people inside.

'I could see ministry workers, journalists and security guards among the dead,' said a distraught ministry employee known as Asia.

The Baghdad provincial government building also came under mortar attack, as did the Salhiya district in central Baghdad, home to army bases and a television station police said.

Another explosion was close enough to Reuters' offices in central Baghdad's Karrada district to burst open windows and doors.

In south Baghdad's Bayaa district, a blast killed two people and wounded five. It was not yet immediately clear where the other deaths among the 25 people killed occurred.

The attacks could undermine confidence in Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki before the parliamentary election.

In a statement, Mr Maliki called for a review of security plans, but added the attacks were aimed at 'raising doubts about our armed forces, which have proven themselves very capable of confronting terrorists'.

MIAMI (Reuters) - Powerful Hurricane Bill, a dangerous Category 4 storm with 135 mph winds, raged across the open Atlantic on Wednesday, days from land but on a path that could menace Canada's eastern provinces next week.

Sweeping past the Caribbean islands and posing no threat to U.S. oil and gas installations in the Gulf of Mexico, the first hurricane of the 2009 Atlantic season was expected to charge between the U.S. East Coast and Bermuda, well offshore.

Residents of Bermuda, a mid-Atlantic British territory and reinsurance capital, were warned to prepare for the storm. The latest forecast track issued by the U.S. National Hurricane Center would take Bill more than 100 miles to the west.

But Bill's massive size -- tropical storm force winds of 39 to 73 mph extend up to 230 miles from its center -- meant Bermuda would get a good dose of heavy weather, forecasters said.

"All (computer) models keep the storm between the United States and Bermuda. Exactly how close it comes to either of those is up for debate," said National Hurricane Center forecaster Eric Blake. "The average error (in the forecast track) is 200 miles at about 3 days."

"Bermuda is expected to see large swells and areas of heavy rain and high winds. Hopefully the core of the hurricane will stay offshore," he said.

The Bermuda Sun newspaper reported that U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, planned to fly to Bermuda on Wednesday for a private vacation of three to four days at a beach resort. The State Department declined to officially confirm where Clinton was.

***City Cleans Up After Overnight Storms***

The city is cleaning up from a batch of thunderstorms that struck overnight.

Riverside Drive was closed from 97th Street up to 105th Street, after the strong storms knocked down trees and flooded the roadway.

Many cars in the area were dented or had windows smashed by falling branches.

"We figure there are hundreds of trees that are damaged or down in Riverside Park and Central Park," said Parks Commissioner Adrian Benepe, who lives in the area. "We brought in crews from three boroughs to work here in Manhattan last night. They worked through the night. The biggest problem we have now is we had many trees that were damaged from very high up from the intensity of the winds, and all of those trees have to be checked."

The storm made a narrow, but devastating path through Manhattan.

"It seems like it made a path across the Hudson River, right through this narrow path of Riverside Drive and Riverside Park between 97th and 103rd, kept going east through Central Park where it caused a great deal of devastation between 90th and 100th," said Benepe. "Even on Randall's Island we have lots of trees down."

Some residents thought a tornado had struck the neighborhood.

"At one point my wife she said, 'Let's go look at the window,' and we looked out the window and it was torrential. I mean, it was almost white," said one local.

"It was like a tornado last night. I live on Riverside," said another. "The wind came down a corridor, we heard these crashes, branches were falling, some loud crashes, signal lights. I think roof furniture on the ground from like 20 stories."

"We've been here 15 years and never have I seen a rainstorm like that coming up the street," said a third. "You couldn't see the other side of the street."

Downed trees also damaged cars parked along Central Park West.

It could take several days for the Parks Department to check and prune all damaged trees, so those who walk through Riverside and Central Parks should look out for hanging limbs.

While the storm passed quickly around 10:30 p.m. yesterday, it was strong enough to down scaffolding near Jefferson and Madison Streets on Manhattan's Lower East Side, seen right.

No one was hurt in the collapse.

The rain did not break the heat and humidity, as a heat advisory remains in effect.

Cooling centers are open in all five boroughs including many senior centers.

Swine flu jab link to killer nerve disease: Leaked letter reveals concern of neurologists over 25 deaths in America

Prevention: Is the swine flu jab safe?

A warning that the new swine flu jab is linked to a deadly nerve disease has been sent by the Government to senior neurologists in a confidential letter.

The letter from the Health Protection Agency, the official body that oversees public health, has been leaked to The Mail on Sunday, leading to demands to know why the information has not been given to the public before the vaccination of millions of people, including children, begins.

It tells the neurologists that they must be alert for an increase in a brain disorder called Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), which could be triggered by the vaccine.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, causing paralysis and inability to breathe, and can be fatal.

The letter, sent to about 600 neurologists on July 29, is the first sign that there is concern at the highest levels that the vaccine itself could cause serious complications.

It refers to the use of a similar swine flu vaccine in the United States in 1976 when:

* More people died from the vaccination than from swine flu.
* 500 cases of GBS were detected.
* The vaccine may have increased the risk of contracting GBS by eight times.
* The vaccine was withdrawn after just ten weeks when the link with GBS became clear.
* The US Government was forced to pay out millions of dollars to those affected.

Concerns have already been raised that the new vaccine has not been sufficiently tested and that the effects, especially on children, are unknown.

It is being developed by pharmaceutical companies and will be given to about 13million people during the first wave of immunisation, expected to start in October.

Top priority will be given to everyone aged six months to 65 with an underlying health problem, pregnant women and health professionals.

The British Neurological Surveillance Unit (BNSU), part of the British Association of Neurologists, has been asked to monitor closely any cases of GBS as the vaccine is rolled out.

One senior neurologist said last night: ‘I would not have the swine
flu jab because of the GBS risk.’

There are concerns that there could be a repeat of what became known as the ‘1976 debacle’ in the US, where a swine flu vaccine killed 25 people – more than the virus itself.

A mass vaccination was given the go-ahead by President Gerald Ford because scientists believed that the swine flu strain was similar to the one responsible for the 1918-19 pandemic, which killed half a million Americans and 20million people worldwide.

Within days, symptoms of GBS were reported among those who had been immunised and 25 people died from respiratory failure after severe paralysis. One in 80,000 people came down with the condition. In contrast, just one person died of swine flu.

More than 40million Americans had received the vaccine by the time the programme was stopped after ten weeks. The US Government paid out millions of dollars in compensation to those affected.

The swine flu virus in the new vaccine is a slightly different strain from the 1976 virus, but the possibility of an increased incidence of GBS remains a concern.

Shadow health spokesman Mike Penning said last night: ‘The last thing we want is secret letters handed around experts within the NHS. We need a vaccine but we also need to know about potential risks.

‘Our job is to make sure that the public knows what’s going on. Why
is the Government not being open about this? It’s also very worrying if GPs, who will be administering the vaccine, aren’t being warned.’

Two letters were posted together to neurologists advising them of the concerns. The first, dated July 29, was written by Professor Elizabeth Miller, head of the HPA’s Immunisation Department.

It says: ‘The vaccines used to combat an expected swine influenza pandemic in 1976 were shown to be associated with GBS and were withdrawn from use.

‘GBS has been identified as a condition needing enhanced surveillance when the swine flu vaccines are rolled out.

‘Reporting every case of GBS irrespective of vaccination or disease history is essential for conducting robust epidemiological analyses capable of identifying whether there is an increased risk of GBS in defined time periods after vaccination, or after influenza itself, compared with the background risk.’

The second letter, dated July 27, is from the Association of British Neurologists and is written by Dr Rustam Al-Shahi Salman, chair of its surveillance unit, and Professor Patrick Chinnery, chair of its clinical research committee.

It says: ‘Traditionally, the BNSU has monitored rare diseases for long periods of time. However, the swine influenza (H1N1) pandemic has overtaken us and we need every member’s involvement with a new BNSU survey of Guillain-Barre Syndrome that will start on August 1 and run for approximately nine months.

‘Following the 1976 programme of vaccination against swine influenza in the US, a retrospective study found a possible eight-fold increase in the incidence of GBS.

‘Active prospective ascertainment of every case of GBS in the UK is required. Please tell BNSU about every case.

‘You will have seen Press coverage describing the Government’s concern about releasing a vaccine of unknown safety.’

If there are signs of a rise in GBS after the vaccination programme begins, the Government could decide to halt it.

GBS attacks the lining of the nerves, leaving them unable to transmit signals to muscles effectively.

It can cause partial paralysis and mostly affects the hands and feet. In serious cases, patients need to be kept on a ventilator, but it can be fatal.

Death is caused by paralysis of the respiratory system, causing the victim to suffocate.
It is not known exactly what causes GBS and research on the subject has been inconclusive.

However, it is thought that one in a million people who have a seasonal flu vaccination could be at risk and it has also been linked to people recovering from a bout of flu of any sort.

The HPA said it was part of the Government’s pandemic plan to monitor GBS cases in the event of a mass vaccination campaign, regardless of the strain of flu involved.
But vaccine experts warned that the letters proved the programme was a ‘guinea-pig trial’.

Dr Tom Jefferson, co-ordinator of the vaccines section of the influential Cochrane Collaboration, an independent group that reviews research, said: ‘New vaccines never behave in the way you expect them to. It may be that there is a link to GBS, which is certainly not something I would wish on anybody.

‘But it could end up being anything because one of the additives in one of the vaccines is a substance called squalene, and none of the studies we’ve extracted have any research on it at all.’

He said squalene, a naturally occurring enzyme, could potentially cause so-far-undiscovered side effects.

Jackie Fletcher, founder of vaccine support group Jabs, said: ‘The Government would not be anticipating this if they didn’t think there was a connection. What we’ve got is a massive guinea-pig trial.’

Professor Chinnery said: ‘During the last swine flu pandemic, it was observed that there was an increased frequency of cases of GBS. No one knows whether it was the virus or the vaccine that caused this.

‘The purpose of the survey is for us to assess rapidly whether there is an increase in the frequency of GBS when the vaccine is released in the UK. It also increases consultants’ awareness of the condition.

‘This is a belt-and-braces approach to safety and is not something people should be substantially worried about as it’s a rare condition.’

If neurologists do identify a case of GBS, it will be logged on a central database.

Details about patients, including blood samples, will be collected and monitored by the HPA.

It is hoped this will help scientists establish why some people develop the condition and whether it is directly related to the vaccine.

But some question why there needs to be a vaccine, given the risks. Dr Richard Halvorsen, author of The Truth About Vaccines, said: ‘For people with serious underlying health problems, the risk of dying from swine flu is probably greater than the risk of side effects from the vaccine.

‘But it would be tragic if we repeated the US example and ended up with more casualties from the jabs.

‘I applaud the Government for recognising the risk but in most cases this is a mild virus which needs a few days in bed. I’d question why we need a vaccine at all.’

Professor Miller at the HPA said: ‘This monitoring system activates pandemic plans that have been in place for a number of years. We’ll be able to get information on whether a patient has had a prior influenza illness and will look at whether influenza itself is linked to GBS.

‘We are not expecting a link to the vaccine but a link to disease, which would make having the vaccine even more important.’

The UK’s medicines watchdog, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency, is already monitoring reported side effects from Tamiflu and Relenza and it is set to extend that surveillance to the vaccine.

A Department of Health spokesperson said: ‘The European Medicines Agency has strict processes in place for licensing pandemic vaccines.

‘In preparing for a pandemic, appropriate trials to assess safety and the immune responses have been carried out on vaccines very similar to the swine flu vaccine. The vaccines have been shown to have a good safety profile.

‘It is extremely irresponsible to suggest that the UK would use a vaccine without careful consideration of safety issues. The UK has one of the most successful immunisation programmes in the world.’

Victim: Hilary Wilkinson spent three months in hospital after she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome
When Hilary Wilkinson woke up with muscle weakness in her left arm and difficulty breathing, doctors initially put it down to a stroke.

But within hours, she was on a ventilator in intensive care after being diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome.

She spent three months in hospital and had to learn how to talk and walk again. But at times, when she was being fed through a drip and needed a tracheotomy just to breathe, she doubted whether she would survive.

The mother of two, 57, from Maryport, Cumbria, had been in good health until she developed a chest infection in March 2006. She gradually became so weak she could not walk downstairs.

Doctors did not diagnose Guillain-Barre until her condition worsened in hospital and tests showed her reflexes slowing down. It is impossible for doctors to know how she contracted the disorder, although it is thought to be linked to some infections.

Mrs Wilkinson said: ‘It was very scary. I couldn’t eat and I couldn’t speak. My arms and feet had no strength and breathing was hard.

I was treated with immunoglobulin, which are proteins found in blood, to stop damage to my nerves. After ten days, I still couldn’t speak and had to mime to nurses or my family.

‘It was absolutely horrendous and I had no idea whether I would get through it. You reach very dark moments at such times and wonder how long it can last.

But I’m a very determined person and I had lots of support.’

After three weeks, she was transferred to a neurological ward, where she had an MRI scan and nerve tests to assess the extent of the damage.

Still unable to speak and in a wheelchair, Mrs Wilkinson eventually began gruelling physiotherapy to improve her muscle strength and movement but it was exhausting and painful.

Three years later, she is almost fully recovered. She can now walk for several miles at a time, has been abroad and carries out voluntary work for a GBS Support Group helpline.

She said: ‘It makes me feel wary that the Government is rolling out this vaccine without any clear idea of the GBS risk, if any. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone and it certainly changed my life.

‘I’m frightened to have the swine flu vaccine if this might happen again – it’s a frightening illness and I think more research needs to be done on the effect of the vaccine.’

Hotline staff given access to confidential records

Confidential NHS staff records and disciplinary complaints could be accessed by hundreds of workers manning the Government’s special swine flu hotline.

They were able to browse through a database of emails containing doctors’ and nurses’ National Insurance numbers, home addresses, dates of birth, mobile phone numbers and scanned passport pages – all details that could be used fraudulently.

And private and confidential complaints sent by hospitals about temporary medical staff – some of whom were named – were also made available to the call-centre workers, who were given a special password to log in to an internal NHS website.

It could be a breach of the Data Protection Act.

The hotline staff work for NHS Professionals, which was set up using taxpayers’ money to employ temporary medical and administrative staff for the health service.

The not-for-profit company runs two of the Government’s swine flu call centres – with 300 staff in Farnborough, Hampshire, and 900 in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Shadow Health Secretary Andrew Lansley described the revelations as ‘disturbing’.

Anne Mitchell, a spokeswoman for Unison, said: ‘There’s no excuse for such a fundamental breach of personal security. Action needs to be taken as soon as possible to make sure this does not happen again.’

A spokeswoman for NHS Professionals would not confirm whether access to the confidential files had been granted.

WASHINGTON – Sen. Arlen Specter said Wednesday he thinks people who have been angrily disrupting town hall meetings on overhauling the health care system are "not necessarily representative of America," but should be heard.

"It's more than health care," said Specter, 79, who earlier this year left the Republican Party and became a Democrat. "I think there is a mood in America of anger with so many people unemployed, with so much bickering in Washington ... with the fear of losing their health care. It all boils over."

Specter and Sen. Claire McCaskill, a Missouri Democrat, appeared on a nationally broadcast news show Wednesday, a day after town hall meetings they hosted erupted in the same kind of catcalls, jeers and shouting that has characterized many such forums in recent weeks. "There were a couple of tough moments," McCaskill said of her experience, "but it lasted two hours and there were thousands of people there."

Jeers and taunts drowned out both Specter and McCaskill on occasion Tuesday. President Barack Obama was treated more respectfully at his town hall meeting in New Hampshire.

"You'll be gone, by God the bureaucrats will still be here," one man told Specter at a session in Lebanon, Pa.

"If they don't let us vent our frustrations out, they will have a revolution," Mary Ann Fieser of Hillsboro, Mo., told McCaskill at her Missouri health care forum. McCaskill admonished the rowdy crowd, saying "I don't understand this rudeness. I honestly don't get it."

The bitter sessions underscored the challenge for the administration as it tries to win over an increasingly skeptical public on the costly and far-reaching task of revamping the nation's health care system. Desperate to stop a hardening opposition, the White House created a Web site to dispel what it says are smears and House Democrats set up a health care "war room" out of Majority Leader Steny Hoyer's office to help lawmakers handle questions.

Specter, who had another such forum scheduled Wedneday at State College, Pa., said he had been "impressed with the fact that people have been very well prepared." He said many have come to meetings with copies of the legislation and have cited specific provisions in their arguments.

"These people have a right to be organized," the senator said on CBS's "The Early Show."

"I'm not going to complain about being organized. They have a right to speak," he said, "but I think we have to explain, they're not necessarily representative of America. I think they're vocal. I don't think they're representative."

Specter said he didn't think people opposed to various health care proposals have a right to disrupt public meetings on the issue.

Obama answered his critics indirectly. At his town hall in Portsmouth, N.H., he urged Americans to ignore those who try to "scare and mislead the American people," telling a cordial audience, "For all the scare tactics out there, what is truly scary is if we do nothing."

McCaskill said she was "proud of the people that showed up and I don't take that personally."

"It's that they don't trust government right now," she said on NBC's "Today" show.

"It wasn't the majority of the audience, it was a huge chunk of them," she said. "But I get that distrust. There's a lot of cynicism out there and it's important that I get out there and listen to that."

Many people "have a lot of pent-up frustration about what has happened over the past six months because it's come fast and furious," McCaskill said.

FOREST HILLS, Pa. - If prayers were said Sunday for the soul of the gunman who killed three women at a Pennsylvania health club, they were not by the parishioners of a church where he apparently sat quietly for many years: Tetelestai Church doesn't pray for the dead.

"We pray for the living — the victims and the family of George Sodini," said Chuck Matone, a senior deacon.

And Sodini? "God will hold him accountable. God has his justice."

Sodini's name wasn't even mentioned during the service, held in the auditorium of Trinity Christian School in Forest Hills. But John Dorohovich, an associate pastor, referred to the LA Fitness club shooter's long-seething rage indirectly, urging the faithful to reject "the bitterness and the gall and man's frantic search for happiness."

"When you seek that over the word of God, that brings upon you a lifestyle of misery," he said. "And then you want to take it out on others."

Nine others wounded in attack
Sodini shot and killed Elizabeth Gannon, Heidi Overmier and Jody Billingsley and wounded nine others Tuesday night in Bridgeville before killing himself.

Church records suggest Sodini last attended services about five years ago. He signed an enrollment card in March 2004 but was removed form the congregation sometime later for harassing a woman, Matone said.

Sodini's misery was apparent in his rambling, hate-filled blog, in which he complained of a nonexistent sex life, years of rejection by women and social isolation. Among those he blamed for his perceived troubles were his family and Tetelestai's longtime pastor, Alan "Rick" Knapp, whose teachings he interpreted as assurance he would go to heaven even after committing murder.

"This guy teaches (and convinced me) you can commit mass murder, then still go to heaven," he wrote.

Knapp, who left town Saturday to care for his critically ill father in Florida, told the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on Friday that "the message of the word I preach never reflected such a thing."

Matone described Knapp as "really broken this week" and said he has struggled to comprehend Sodini's thinking.

"He just had an authority problem all his life," Matone concludes from Sodini's blog. "Everything and everyone was against him."

Church focuses on Bible study, teaching
Neither Matone nor Knapp recalled ever meeting Sodini at Tetelestai, which is Greek for "It is finished." The church is nondenominational and focuses on Bible study and teaching.

Deacon Jack Rickard had invited Sodini to his home for dinner, but he never sensed his anger.

"I never saw anything out of the ordinary with him. He had his idiosyncrasies, but who doesn't?" Rickard said.

Personally, though, Rickard believes Sodini is in heaven.

"We believe in permanent security — once saved, always saved," Rickard said. "He will be judged, but he will be in heaven. ... He'll be in heaven, but he won't have any rewards because he did evil."

The sermon, however, avoided addressing the fate of Sodini's soul.

"You are accountable and you are responsible for what you do," Dorohovich told the congregation. "God knows the motives of all men's hearts, and as my pastor said Friday night, we will give account for all that is done in this body."

Matone also sidestepped the issue: "Is he in heaven? Only God and he know."

But the church leadership says one thing is clear: Sodini alone is responsible for the pain he has caused.

"There's absolutely no guilt on the part of anyone in this ministry," Matone said. "What he did, he did on his own."

CISHAN, Taiwan - As rescuers dug through one buried Taiwanese village in a desperate search for survivors, officials said a second village had also been swamped by a typhoon-triggered mudslide.

In China, meanwhile, the typhoon unleashed rain and flooding that destroyed more than 10,000 dwellings, officials said. A landslide in China's Zhejiang province late Monday flattened seven three-story apartment buildings that had been evacuated.

Taiwan's military said that more than 700 people were trapped, and possibly dead, in two southern villages engulfed by mudslides after Typhoon Morakot swamped the island.

More than 90 people, including 50 in Taiwan, have been confirmed dead since Morakot and Tropical Storm Etau cut a swathe through the region. Three Taiwanese rescuers were feared dead when their helicopter crashed.

Those trapped in Taiwan included people buried by a massive landslide in Shiao Lin, a village of 1,000 in mountainous Kaohsiung County, according to a general involved in rescue operations.

Many were also trapped in a second village, Namahsia, said Gen. Hu Jui-chou. "Trapped means they could be dead or alive," Hu said by telephone.

'Mountain just fell off'
Morakot, which triggered the worst flooding in Taiwan in 50 years, dumped as much as 80 inches of rain at the weekend before moving on to China.

Some 900 people in three villages have been rescued and evacuated to the town of Cishan, the hub of rescue operations.

Some 200 survivors were from Shiao Lin and were found sheltering in a nearby field, said Gen. Hu. Meanwhile, more than 500 from Min Tsu village and 200 from Chin He village were also rescued. All three villages are near one another.

Shiao Lin residents rescued Tuesday escaped the mudslide by running to higher ground, from where they were plucked by helicopters. But those saved from other villages — which are miles away from Shiao Lin — had enough time to run to open ground.
One of the women ferried out Tuesday implored the military to do everything to rescue her family and friends. "There are still a lot of people trapped inside," Lin Mei-ying told television station ETTV. "Please go faster, so they can be saved."

Survivor Lee Chin-long said he watched as walls of mud and rock wiped out most of Shiao Lin.

"I was watching from my house upstairs. The whole mountain just fell off. When I saw that, I started to run," said Lee, speaking from a shelter in the nearby town of Cishan. "Almost every house was gone, except for a couple."

A woman rescued Monday told Taiwan's China Times newspaper that she fled with her husband and their baby from their two-story Shiao Lin home minutes before the mudslide buried it.

"We heard two loud bangs," the woman surnamed Chi was quoted as saying. "The sky was filled with dust like a volcanic eruption, and flood waters, mud and rocks streamed onto the roads."

Swept 1.2 miles
A 51-year-old man from Jilai village was swept 1.2 miles away when the mudslide that struck Shiao Lin rushed down a nearby mountain. According to news reports, he survived by holding on to a log.

Gen. Hu had earlier said that some residents might still be stuck near the village, with possibly 100 taking refuge in a tunnel.

Access to the area — in the southern reaches of the island's heavily foliated mountainous spine — is restricted to the military.

Shiao Lin's almost total isolation complicated reporting about its fate. Shiao Lin was cut off after floodwaters destroyed a bridge about eight miles away. A back road wending its way northward toward the mountain community of Alishan was also believed to be cut off, and with rain still falling in the area, prospects for an early resumption of overland travel were poor.

Other areas across Taiwan also saw landslides and flooding. A six-story hotel was washed away as were many homes.

"We saw an entire hotspring area being wiped out and vehicles buried," said Wu Chao-neng as he got off a helicopter in Cishan after being rescued from a landslide in another village.

Aug. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Two potentially destructive earthquakes struck minutes apart in the Indian Ocean and Japan today, generating tsunami alerts for India, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh and Japan.

The larger of the two quakes was a magnitude-7.6 temblor that hit the Andaman Islands in the Indian Ocean. It was followed less than 15 minutes later by a 6.6-magnitude quake in Japan southwest of Tokyo.

The tsunami watch was later canceled, the U.S. Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said, adding that no significant tsunami was generated. The alert was in effect for as long as three hours after the quake struck parts of India, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand and Bangladesh, the Japan Meteorological Agency said.

The Andaman quake struck at a depth of 33 kilometers (21 miles) at about 1:55 a.m. local time and was centered 260 kilometers north of Port Blair in the Andaman Islands, or about 825 kilometers west of Bangkok, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

A magnitude-9.1 earthquake that hit off the coast of Aceh in northern Sumatra in December 2004 triggered a tsunami that swept across the Indian Ocean, leaving more than 229,000 dead or missing from Southeast Asia to eastern Africa.

In Japan, the national weather agency said a magnitude-6.6 earthquake struck Tsuruga Bay area southwest of Tokyo early today. The USGS measured the quake as a magnitude-6.4. A tsunami warning was issued and a 30-centimeter (1-foot) wave hit the coast about 20 minutes later, NHK Television said

The earthquake struck at 5:07 a.m. local time 20 kilometers below the seabed, about 170 kilometers southwest of Tokyo near the Izu peninsula, the agency said on its Web site.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

I was reminded while scanning the current news stories, of the Lord giving us important instructions of what to look for as signs of his return.

We have seen repeated signs in the sun, moon, and stars. We see distress after distress of nations with perplexity, meaning there appears to be no way out. We have the U.S.Government which has become such a spectacle that it rivals Cirque De Soleil or for you older folks, Ringling Bro.& Barnum & Baily Circus. A virtual gazing stock for all to marvel and wag their heads at it, as we all watch the fall of it in seemingly slow motion. Like watching a terrible auto accident and are unable to look away.

The pictures to the right of Pres.Obama including the one a little lower of his health care logo, are a cant miss for anyone with any discernment at all, glaring, screaming in your face similitude of prophetic fulfillment. The word of God states for anyone who can read, that the time just prior to his 2nd coming would be as in the days of Noah and Sodom & Egypt. The earth before his return is compared to a woman in travail. As the birth draws nigh, the labor pains become more intense and much closer together until its suddenly over. The recent flurry of earthquakes between Baja and Mexico was accompanied in the same 24 hr period by 8 not counting the 4 in California,earthquakes that were over 4.0 on the Richter Scale. There were many more than that that were less. The earthquakes are now coming in flurries or rapid succession like contractions. The whole of creation is groaning under the weight of great sin and rebellion against God. I feel much more recently this urgency in my spirit. Not panic, but urgency to be ready. We must soldier on, calling on our God with faith for his deliverance. That we may be hid in the day of his great indignation, and to be accounted worthy by his sacrifice at the cross to stand before him clothed in the white garment of his righteousness without spot or blemish.

Antidepressant use doubles in U.S., study finds

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Use of antidepressant drugs in the United States doubled between 1996 and 2005, probably because of a mix of factors, researchers reported on Monday.

About 6 percent of people were prescribed an antidepressant in 1996 -- 13 million people. This rose to more than 10 percent or 27 million people by 2005, the researchers found.

"Significant increases in antidepressant use were evident across all sociodemographic groups examined, except African Americans," Dr. Mark Olfson of Columbia University in New York and Steven Marcus of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia wrote in the Archives of General Psychiatry.

"Not only are more U.S. residents being treated with antidepressants, but also those who are being treated are receiving more antidepressant prescriptions," they added.

More than 164 million prescriptions were written in 2008 for antidepressants, totaling $9.6 billion in U.S. sales, according to IMS Health.

Drugs that affect the brain chemical serotonin like GlaxoSmithKline's Paxil, known generically as paroxetine, and Eli Lilly and Co's Prozac, known generically as fluoxetine, are the most commonly prescribed class of antidepressant. But the study found the effect in all classes of the drugs.

Olfson and Marcus looked at the Medical Expenditure Panel Surveys done by the U.S. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, involving more than 50,000 people in 1996 and 2005.

"During this period, individuals treated with antidepressants became more likely to also receive treatment with antipsychotic medications and less likely to undergo psychotherapy," they wrote.

SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE

The survey did not look at why, but the researchers made some educated guesses. It may be more socially acceptable to be diagnosed with and treated for depression, they said. The availability of new drugs may also have been a factor.

"Although there was little change in total promotional spending for antidepressants between 1999 ($0.98 billion) and 2005 ($1.02 billion), there was a marked increase in the percentage of this spending that was devoted to direct-to consumer advertising, from 3.3 percent ($32 million) to 12 percent ($122.00 million)," they added.

Dr. Eric Caine of the University of Rochester in New York said he was concerned by the findings. "Antidepressants are only moderately effective on population level," he said in a telephone interview.

Caine, who was not involved in the research, noted that several studies show therapy is as effective as, if not more effective than, drug use alone.

"There are no data to say that the population is healthier. Indeed, the suicide rate in the middle years of life has been climbing," he said.

Olfson and Marcus said out-of-pocket costs for psychotherapy and lower insurance coverage for such visits may have driven patients away from seeing therapists in favor of an easy-to-prescribe pill.

The rise in antidepressant prescriptions also is seen despite a series of public health warnings on use of antidepressant drugs beginning in 2003 after clinical trials showed they increased the risk of suicidal thoughts and behaviors in children and teens.

In February 2005, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration added its strongest warning, a so-called black box, on the use of all antidepressants in children and teens.

A mental health crisis that has swamped this city's care facilities as surely as Hurricane Katrina's floodwaters washed over the Lower 9th Ward is about to become even worse, care providers say.

New Orleans already is struggling with fewer than half of the inpatient beds for the mentally ill that it had before the 2005 hurricane - even as suicide rates and the number of people with mental health problems have doubled.

That shortage is about to become even more acute with the scheduled closing Sept. 1 of the New Orleans Adolescent Hospital (NOAH), the city's only public hospital still providing inpatient services for the mentally ill.

The closure, designed to trim $14 million from the state's 2010 budget, will leave New Orleans with 133 beds for mental health inpatient care and will make the city jail - with 60 of those beds - the city's largest psychiatric ward.

Before Katrina, "We had a functional system, not a Rolls-Royce, but we managed to treat patients," said Dr. Kevin U. Stephens, director of health for the city of New Orleans.

The three-minute White House video features Linda Douglas, a former network television correspondent and now White House Office of Health Reform communications director, sitting in front of a computer screen showing the Drudge Report Web site. That site carries a series of video clips from another blogger who strings together selected Obama statements on health care to make it appear he wants to eliminate the private health insurance business.

In the video Douglas says the site is "taking sentences and phrases out of context, and they're cobbling them together to leave a very false impression."

Even though -- as with any intriguing mystery -- the pieces of the puzzle never seem to quite fit, explosive ordnance training in Canada may explain the booming sounds heard in Port Angeles last week.

Several readers living in or near Port Angeles have reported loud booms shaking their homes.

Possible explanations involving naval and Coast Guard exercises in the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Air Force flyovers, thunderstorms and permitted explosions have not fit the bill.

But perhaps providing the most likely explanation is explosive ordnance training that occurred on a small island near Race Rocks last week.

The public affairs office with the Canadian Navy in Esquimalt on Vancouver Island, after being previously unaware of it, confirmed Friday that the training did occur on Bentinck Island.

Spokesman Gerry Pash said the training, which involves small plastic explosives in order to destroy beach obstacles, occurred from last Monday through Friday.

"We would be putting off charges of a couple of pounds of plastic explosive to train in cutting steel from a beach, clearing or removing logs and that kind of stuff," he said.

A likely explanation?

Perhaps not, if Pash was correct in saying that the island had not been used any other time during July.

Two, three weeks ago

James Kaahill, who lives off of Deer Park Road, said Friday that he was nearly knocked out of bed by a loud boom that shook his home about two or three weeks ago.

"It shook the whole house and shook my bed and damn near shook me out of it," said Kaahill, 91.

He said he did not think too much about the incident, which occurred sometime between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. that day, until he read about other people having their homes shaken by loud booms in Friday's Peninsula Daily News.

Pash said explosives training on Bentinck Island is nothing new.

In fact, munitions detonated on the island were blamed for loud booms heard around Port Angeles in 1982.

Pash said explosives training occurs there several times a year, and could have started before World War II.

"I've been here for 20 years, and this is the first time that I've had complaints from across the Strait," he said.

"We've had, certainly, complaints from neighbors from this side of the water," he added.

But if Bentinck Island is to blame, why would we not hear the explosions every time?

National Weather Service meteorologist Jeff Michalski said the weather could provide the explanation.

Carry over water

Michalski said a "low level inversion layer," which means that the air is warmer in the higher elevations, had been in place over the area last week.

He said that may trap sound waves closer to the surface, and therefore, allowing them to be heard over greater distances.

Pash said Bentinck Island is scheduled to be used again for explosives training from Sept. 9-10, Sept. 14-17 and on Oct. 2.

And what about seismic activity?

Lucy Walsh, a student researcher at the University of Washington's Pacific Northwest Seismic Network, said a loud boom caused by an earthquake could be heard close to a fault line as long as the quake was of significant magnitude.

"When you hear big sounds, a large portion of this rock is being uplifted or shifted," she said.

"That doesn't happen with small magnitude earthquakes."

The seismic network, in the last two weeks, has reported two 1-magnitude quakes in Neah Bay and near Victoria, and a 2-magnitude quake in southern Vancouver Island, but nothing of greater strength in the area.

6.9 quake in Baja California rattles office workers in San Diego [Updated]

A 6.9 earthquake this morning in Baja California was felt in the San Diego area, prompting some people to evacuate a downtown San Diego office tower.

The temblor hit about 360 miles south of the California border, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. TV news footage showed some office workers milling outside San Diego high-rise buildings, and the local NBC affiliate reported that people had left City Hall.

The temblor struck about 11 a.m. in the Gulf of California, about 49 miles from Santa Isabel. There was no immediate word of damage or injuries.

[Updated at noon: There were several moderate temblors in the same part of the Gulf of California before the 6.9 earthquake struck, and officials said this might be a quake swarm.

Officials have not issued a tsumani warning in the wake of the quakes. A preliminary estimate placed the temblor's epicenter about 4 1/2 miles underground.

According to the USGS's Did You Feel It? Web page, the quake was felt in San Diego, Phoenix, Tucson, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Long Beach, Orange and elsewhere.]

TIJUANA, Mexico, Aug 3 (Reuters) - A strong 6.9-magnitude earthquake struck off Baja California in northwestern Mexico on Monday, shaking buildings as far away as San Diego, California, and raising fears of a small tsunami.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake struck inside the Sea of Cortez, 76 miles (122 km) from the town of Santa Isabel on the Baja California peninsula and was 6.2 miles (10 km) deep. The figures were revised from its initial estimates.

There were no initial reports of deaths or serious damage. Baja California, home to desert and mountains, is sparsely populated.

The quake was felt strongly in San Diego just across the border from Mexico and City Hall was evacuated, local media said.

"It felt very calm, there was barely a vibration," said hotel receptionist Graciela Alvarado at a motel in the town of Caborca, in the Mexican state of Sonora, across from Baja California.

Local authorities and the USGS warned there was a risk of a small, localized tsunami in the area but no official tsunami warning for the main Pacific coastline.

"There's a very high risk this could occur," said Baja California emergency services director Alfredo Escobedo.

SCIENTIFIC curiosity mingled with religious devotion and superstition on the subcontinent yesterday as the longest solar eclipse this century turned the dawn to darkness across a swathe of north India.

As the moon blocked the rising sun, vast crowds flocked to the Ganges River to bathe, believing it would purify them.

An estimated 1.5 million Hindus immersed themselves near the holy city of Kurukshetra while tens of thousands more bathed at Varanasi and Allahabad, where the eclipse, which lasted there about three minutes, was clearly visible.

However, superstition meant millions more simply stayed indoors as the skies darkened.

According to Hindu tradition, astrologer Dr V.K. Shashtri told the Herald, an eclipse brings the Sun God under the shadow of demon planets.

"Since the Sun God himself is in trouble, devotees are expected to show restraint during the time of an eclipse," he said. "They should keep indoors, avoid beginning new work and pregnant women must keep away from sunrays during this inauspicious time."

In Hyderabad, there were reports that milkmen, paper delivery boys and cleaners skipped their morning duties rather than venture out on the morning of an eclipse.

A well-known Vedic astrologer, V.K. Chaudhary, said that for three days around the time of an eclipse people were more vulnerable to health and other problems.

People who were "highly placed", such as political leaders, were in more danger than usual of being disgraced, he said.

Astrologers also urged expectant mothers to avoid giving birth around the time of the eclipse if possible.

"Anything that begins today, whether it is a life or a business venture, is vulnerable to acute problems and failure," Mr Chaudhary said.

Hospitals reported some pregnant women chose to have their babies induced before the eclipse and others avoided caesareans for several days before and after the eclipse.

"No one wants an eclipse baby," Dr Abha Majumdar from Delhi's Sir Ganga Ram Hospital told the Hindustan Times.

The eclipse dimmed the sky above New Delhi at about 6.30 am. Despite the warnings, millions of Indians ventured out to watch - but many were thwarted by monsoon clouds.

The front center post of Drudge Report shows Vice President Biden with is mouth covered by his hand and the caption reads "We have to spend money to keep from going bankrupt." This apparently was an actual quote from the VP. I posted the link for those who doubt the VP could say something so crazy. This is the same direction that the current administration has been moving. George Orwell in the famous book 1984, outlines the concept of double speak. Also and more importantly called double mindedness by God Almighty. Those who are working and serving the spirit of Anti-Christ must master this demonic ability as it enables them to confuse undiscerning people and lead them to believe they actually support the good and righteous way known to all who have been given a conscience by God Almighty. Many of you may have seen the picture of President and Mrs. Obama and their photo op with Pope Nazinger....sorry Ratzinger, wait Benedict, well you get my meaning. It is a thought provoking picture and the Mrs. is wearing what appears to be an Catholic/ Islamic head covering, the point being they are both very similar. We remember that she was unable to accompany the President when he was crowned King of the Nile and the new King Tut Pharaoh of the world in Egypt, and Son of the Sun God in Saudi Arabia. There is historical evidence that indicates that The Vatican actually recruited Mohamed using one of its own nuns in order to create an opposing system invoking the ancient method of the dialectic, using the opposite and the conflict to water down the truth and synthesize the desired resulting error. It always causes an up roar to even come close to saying anything negative about Islam so to intimate they were started by Catholicism would cause a frenzy of protest if mentioned in the mainstream media. I don't speak against any race of people, but I do speak against a counterfeit religion that claims to be a religion of decent from Abraham, akin to Judaism which is about as Christian as Satanism, and the two, Islam & Catholicism, are 180 degrees opposite of true biblical Christianity. Judaism is the modern day spawn of Babylonian witchcraft as the Babylonian Talmud bears its name, not old testament worship according to the books of Moses as some falsely believe. Islam denies that God had a son and Judaism says that the messiah has not come.

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him

They must have missed this verse. Although the real problem is they don't see the KJV bible as the preserved Word of God, but only a book among many historical references in which they take what they want and leave the rest. Making them the authors of their own salvation which makes them thieves and robbers trying to enter into the sheepfold according to the Word of God.
John 10:1

Its extremely clear that 2 of the 3 supposed labeled Abrahamic religions are diametrically opposed to biblical Christianity. You may disagree with my position, but anyone with 2 brain cells working and a little effort will find the 2, Islam/Catholic religions are completely opposed to the teachings of the Christian Bible. The only thing they have in common is their claiming something to do with Abraham. So my original point, why is Michelle Obama wearing an Catholic or maybe appearing as an Islamic headdress at the Vatican to meet the pope. She doesn't claim to be Catholic. I submit to the reader she is wearing it because in the upper levels of secret society they know who the boss's are and there are many many Catholic churches around the world in close proximity to Islamic Mosques. I am told that lace is forbidden by Sharia Law, but we cant say for sure from a picture clearly enough it is lace or not. It is suspect either way as true bible believing Christians would not be wearing anything on their head, save the invisible seal of the Holy Ghost. Something to think about as our current President has both claimed we are not a Christian nation, and we are a nation with deep Islamic ties. On the surface it would appear that he is in error as a small percentage of the population is Islamic. However behind the scenes in the Scottish Rite Esoteric Lodge, and in the Shriners there are in fact deep Islamic ties and traditions. So I ask you , who is really running America?

WHO IS TRULY INSANE?

Many have joked and told someone they know," your insane", it turns out that the bibles tells us about insanity and tells us the truth as always in all things.

2 Tim 3:1:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. KJV

The word in this verse, perilous, means raging spirutal insanity. This is interesting as the Lord tells us that scripture is spiritually discerned, meaning its revealed by the Holy Ghost to us, not figured out in the carnal mind.

1 Cor 2:14
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. KJV

So many sincere well meaning people who have not yet been truly converted, but confess the name of the Lord Jesus, are still in their carnal minds, and by definintion spiritually insane. Insanity is when you cannot cope with reality. It is apparrent that many professing Christians when confronted with the reality that God's word clearly indicates we are in the last generation, go deeper into denial and having their true hope in this present world are unable to cope with reality, and by definition, are spiritually insane. This is an all to prevelant condition in people in the many false churches. Some will immediatlely rise up and say dont judge, dont judge, your judging, judge, judge, judge.......to quote our dear Pastor Meyer!
To them we say this important verse from scripture...

John 7:24
24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgmentKJV

What we say is we do not condemn. God's small remnant must judge righteously, meaning we confess the truth and call sin, sin. This is not well received much of the time, even by professing Christians. The only thing that will convert a soul is the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ as in the pure undefiled KJV bible which used the uncorrupted manuscripts that God preserved for us. So churches that omit any truth in this day of confusion and raging spritual insanity, are not converting souls but lying to them.....if your in a dead church cry out to God and be willing to leave and he says he has called us out.....
